Prometheus; I saw it in the theaters in 3D, it was pretty good. The movie answered some questions, and conjured up new ones. l really liked all the sci-fi tech, the ship was awesome. Will no doubt enjoy the next... Continue reading

I went to see John Carter this weekend. It was a decent movie, I give it a B+, but then I really enjoy sci-fi flicks altogether. My comment here is this, I have seen plenty of movies since the release... Continue reading

Today, December 18, is the 2 year anniversary of the release of Avatar, at least in my region. After 2 years, Avatar still holds up to be my personal favorite and the bar at which all movies are compared to.... Continue reading

DId you happen to see the new Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 commercial starring Sam Worthington and Jonah? Sam plays the vet "warrior" as good as ever. Its pretty cool, but sorry Sam, you will always be Jake Sully. Continue reading

Of course seeing any deleted scenes will be a treat. If pressed, however, I would venture to say that the alternate beginning scene would be the most sought after clip I am looking forward to viewing. What a cool flick. Continue reading

18 days until the re-return to Pandora. Its with great restraint that I have resisted watching Avatar for over a month now, so that on November 16, I can revisit with the seamlessly edited Special Edition version with a sense... Continue reading

Thank You Tsyeymzi (James)
Has anyone heard any official news of the newest Blu-ray DVD release? The Avatar:Special Edition release, not the 3D version. Rumors were sometime in November, but I have not seen any pre-order info of any kind. Continue reading

I have to agree that any background story would be most welcomed. Forget the timing of this movie, 3 hours, 4 hours, I dont care, I want the ENTIRE story. I have invested several hundred dollars of my own personal money, seeing it in the theater, purchasing the Blu-ray, and now I have already spent over $100 bucks viewing this new Special Edition. I want to see and experience as much of the story as possible. I'm not going to get depressed. I would really like to see humanity adopt the spirit and decadence of Pandora. James has managed to capture the raw emotion of what we should probably experience with our lives here on this heavenly body called Earth. Pandora represents what we all should be feeling with the connection to the planet and nature that surrounds us. Somehow James has tapped into my conscious about how living is really supposed to be. The Navi have the right idea. This movie is special, not your everyday flick. It means something, and somehow I just cant seem to get enough. Thanks Mr. Cameron for waking me up.

Just 9 minutes made this movie brand new again. All the new scenes added so much for me. I cant pick just one, they all had their own special attributes. I must say the Tsu'tey scene was very powerful. I... Continue reading
