Its been many years since we started out providing leadership in the world of supported living services and customized services. At our annual gathering Claudia provided a look down memory lane using a tool from called history maps. A great way to gather lessons from the past while acknowledging accomplishments to draw out and illustrate a group's past, tracking where the organization has been in order to define where it is headed. This is an excellent tool for bringing a team together, orienting new staff, and identifying values and core capabilities. Continue reading
