Having recently been presented again with the ubiquitous accusation that our current maladies are the result of the Bush Tax Cuts and the foreign wars begun under his leadership, I have undertaken the not-unreasonable research efforts that are beyond so many NY Times reporters. The data clearly shows that the Bush Policies of cutting taxes and going to war are NOT the reasons for our currently overwhelming deficit.
