In my opinion, both Convio and BlackBaud are really underwhelming (at least as far as their web components are concerned). The prices they charge are ridiculous. No NetCommunity website has even the functionality of a Ning Network or Facebook Page! I would recommend choosing an alternative like NPEngine, which starts at a fraction of the cost in setup fees and has no "tax-like" recurring fees. Plus, it's just a superior product with deep Facebook/Twitter/Youtube integration for starters.
