Sorry for any inconvenience - I was referring to Appendix C, so it's simply a typo in Chapter 1. (The number of appendices changed over time, that's why the error occured).

Yes, I'm working on a version for VS2005. I didn't try building it "as is" in VS2005 -instead I recreated the form classes and projects/solution from scratch.
When I get some time, I think I will try building the current project in VS2005, just to see what happens.
I'll release the 2005 version of the framework shortly after VS2005 is released.
