Why Is It Important To Always Improve Or Modify A Product Or Service?

Possible Customer Problems/Complaints
1) Hand Warmers didn't work when i got home:if a customer had this problem then i would firstly make sure they weren't working, then if they weren't i would ask the customer if they would either like to swap it for another which does work or if they would like a full refund on the hand warmers. 2) The glass around my gel candle smashed when it got too hot: i would only let the customer exchange it for another candle but wouldn't offer a full refund as they don't usually smash from getting too hot. 3) I brought the... No. of queries or complaints about your products or services: If you get a high number of complaints about your product or services it shows that your company needs to work on its customer services. for example this is a complaint made about a customer who purchased a stereo system.
