I bet you make some good BBQ George, being Mongolian and all!
Does she get to fish with a net too?
George Rebane | 01 October 2012 at 03:39 PM I understand the government not enforcing the law, but actively encouraging people to break it??? How is that legal?
O.T. Can anyone explain to me how this is legal? "Obama administration pressing to get defense contractors to break the law by not issuing layoff notices" "The White House moved to prevent defense and other government contractors from issuing mass layoff notices in anticipation of sequestration, even going so far to say that the contracting agencies would cover any potential litigation costs or employee compensation costs that could follow." Where does the compensation money come from? :( http://www.redstate.com/realquiet/2012/09/29/obama-administration-pressing-to-get-defense-contractors-to-break-the-law-by-not-issuing-layoff-notices/
George Rebane | 29 September 2012 at 02:21 PM "...the H1-B has been a small and successful program for US companies. I myself have benefited from it in getting good engineering talent." Yes, at the higher levels. I worked at the lab / field level. A good engineer does not necessarily make a good manager. "The problem is retention; successful H1-B workers should be able to apply for citizenship." Agreed.
George Rebane | 29 September 2012 at 12:54 PM I consider the H-1B program human trafficking! However, it really doesn’t matter; it will collapse under its own weight. Weather affirmative action or the H-1B program, the pressures on these people will become overwhelming. http://www.wgbhnews.org/post/ag-coakley-brings-crime-lab-chemist-annie-dookhan-court http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wqyiVZi4UVk "...no engineering manager will hire an engineer based on the recommendations of his HR wonk. The professional manager will tightly specify the required skill sets..." I call it trickle down incompetence.
Why do we have an engineering shortage? Anyone? Anyone? Answer: We don’t! We have a fake crisis. When you take over the student loan program and apply affirmative action mandates, you control the narrative and can create any crisis you want. Human resources departments have become the implementers. These people are incapable of understanding the potential of an individual engineer. The socialists in the E.U. have gone so far as to create an engineering employment card. See here: http://spectrum.ieee.org/at-work/tech-careers/passport-to-engineering "The biggest issue that engineering organizations have with the directive is its definition of a ”competent authority”—which, says FEANI secretary general Dirk Bochar, ”aren’t always competent. And those that are competent aren’t always the authorities. In Italy, for instance, all applications for professional qualifications must go through the Ministry of Justice. These people have neither the ability nor the capability of judging and evaluating whether an engineer coming from Belgium or Bulgaria is equivalent to one from Italy.” So, there you have it, the lazy power brokers will determine who works! What pisses me off is the beilef that one can cookie cutter an engineer from a big pile of dough. What a joke!
I guess, if you can’t redistribute wealth because you killed the incentive to work, just redistribute people. Yeah, that’s the ticket! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UhLBSLLIhUs&feature=relmfu
It's Stephanie Cutter (born October 22, 1968) is a political consultant who currently serves as deputy campaign manager for President Barack Obama's 2012 reelection campaign. Yes George, if I was really really stupid, I would tell my sisters that they only care about the future and want me to tell them stories about it! ... and then :(

George Rebane | 27 September 2012 "All Bayesians first attempt to be objectivists if the proper data obtains, and then to the degree necessary, they will inject or revert to subjectivism in order to proceed to a posterior probability." It seems to me that the current probabilities analysis are linked to older assumptions that do not take into account the massive availability of data and especially the proliferation of access. Lies / falsehoods are now lit up like a big fricking neon sign! Which is why we get things like: Forget the past…Forward! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jIZmLVYTHVI&feature=player_embedded Sad to watch! http://robinbrown.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2012/02/double-facepalm1.jpg

Oops! Forgot this. "Bayesian probabilist specifies some prior probability, which is then updated in the light of new, relevant data" http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bayesian_probability

So, you're voting for Obama and his "Kill list" anyway? Of course when voting, you have balance Obama's "Kill list" with Romney's dog on the car thing. Right?
"Secret ‘Kill List’ Proves a Test of Obama’s Principles and Will" "Nothing else in Mr. Obama’s first term has baffled liberal supporters and confounded conservative critics alike as his aggressive counterterrorism record. His actions have often remained inscrutable, obscured by awkward secrecy rules, polarized political commentary and the president’s own deep reserve." Are you guys baffled? http://www.nytimes.com/2012/05/29/world/obamas-leadership-in-war-on-al-qaeda.html?pagewanted=all&_moc.semityn.www
How about Obama's hit list for Americans outside the U.S. Is that ok? Are you down with that?
Todd, don't forget about George H. W. Bush flying back from a secret meeting at the Hotel Crillion in Paris on the SR71...Vroom! :) http://dmc.members.sonic.net/sentinel/usa3.html
I don't know Walt, they seem to need more money for NASA's Muslim Outreach. http://www.sfexaminer.com/politics/nasa039s-muslim-outreach-al-jazeera-told-first Charles Krauthammer http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zin9RkGsXrY
I don't get it George. Why is this so hard for these guys to accept? The ladies screwed up. Period!
Come on Steve, it was 9/11! When I was over there, we were always warned.
Normally. Lol!
Yeah Steve, I'll get right on it...after I exfoliate! Look man, these guys are smart enough to leave an exit.

I know you’re interviewing Steve, but the position of “Obama fanboy” has already been filled by the media. :)
