Is there any way to initiate chat with specific contact via command line or dbus command (with closed ktp-text-ui app)?

Will kde telepathy 0.9 be released for KDE 4.x versions, or will be ported for KDE 5?
Most of users use KDE 4, because KDE 5 is too fresh, so please create 0.9 release (with rename contacts) for KDE 4.x before spending time on KDE 5 upgrade.
