Interests: Hanging out with my wife Laurie and playing with Jack (pictured), Cooking, hiking, getting together with Mike, Michelle, and Craig (my older kids) and their children. There are 7 kids 8 and under in the family. When we all get together it is a gas. We live by the beach. Beach walks are a must.

Around 8 years ago Laurie wrote up this interview with Dad... One of the surprise best-selling albums this year is from the movie, “O Brother Where Art Thou?” Maybe that’s because it contains many homey, bluegrass tunes such as “Keep on the Sunny Side”—a song that speaks of an attitude adjustment that’s rare in today’s angst-ridden society. We watched the Billy Graham program on Channel 27 tonight. Taking part in the service was Steve Saint, son of Nate Saint. With Steve were two Auca Indian tribesmen from Ecuador, South America. They were related to the men who massaccered Nate Saint and four other men who flew into the Auca's territory to give them the Gospel. What thrilled me was my involvement in several ways. Chief Tariri was probably their Chief. One of the DC 3 planes sent to Ecuador was named Chief Tariri. What follows is a memory my father had of Christmas visiting his grandfather's farm copied from his memoirs written some years ago. I Wish it Would Happen Again! It was a cold wintry night, a bright full-moon, the night sky lighted by the brightness of the moon. Rev. Albert E. Kehler of Wayne Township, passed away Tuesday August 11, 2009 at Lehigh Valley Hospital. He was born February 29, 1920 in Mount Carmel the son of the late Raymond and Bertha Bahner Kehler. He is survived by his wife Dorothy G. Hinks to whom he was married 69 years. In addition to his wife, he is survived by his sons Harry and his wife Diane of York; Tom and his wife Laurie of Half Moon Bay, CA; 7 grand children; 9 great grand children.
