so, given that the vendors who need running water are pretty-much completely screwed, why not house the other food vendors at wyndham arts and the crafts folks at the thrift store...?

I'm curious if the vacant buildings on Wyndham Street North (the "future library site") were considered. Seems a perfectly good option.
