He can take as much time as he needs if it means he's working towards sealing/fixing the oil spill. No bigger issue than that right now. And he's wonderful for even trying.

"We are not at odds with nature, we are part of nature." way off base there. the movie isn't saying we are a parasite or at odds as a whole. its saying that some of us can and do act that way, and are therefore definitely putting humans at odds with the earth. perhaps if we acted as though we were a part of nature then she would be justified in saying that, but many don't. what a shame she cant see the true meaning here.

I sure hope it's his next project, thats all i can say. I don't mind waiting as long as it's his next film. But if it's not then we're talking like 8-10 years and i'm simply not THAT patient.

Extra footage or not, i'd be there. The big screen is the main reason i'm going, but i'm definitely looking forward to the new stuff. Heck I wish we were getting more than 6 minutes, i'd love a 3 hour film.

SO EXCITED! Hard to say how many times i'll see it but it'll be way more than once, thats for sure.

I'll be there either way, i can't wait to see it on the big screen again. But i really look forward to the new footage, of course. The new footage makes the decision a no brainer, it's a must see. I hope the release isn't too limited though, it better be playing near me.
