When I was creating this card I knew it needed just one more little accent and so I quickly picked up my Kreaxions circle cutter to cut a ring. I think the Kreaxions circle cutter is like a little miracle worker! It has to be the fastest and easiest way to cut a circle and then beyond that two circles, one inside the other to cut a ring. The little hot air balloon is a Hero Arts stamp. I stamped a background stamp first with black ink so that became the pattern on my balloon. Thanks for visiting, Linda Beeson,... Continue reading

Simply wonderful, LOVING the silver

Punched borders make the best accent and what better time to use them then on a Christmas card. Plus, what better punch to use then one with little holly leaves on it. I used Kreaxions 4-in-1 #914 punch. The stamps are from WOW stamps. I just punched both edges of my dark green strip of cardstock and then added some neat paper tape down the middle of that piece. That is oh so beautiful! We just celebrated 45 years so we are close together on that record.

Yes, my card has a little black Christmas tree on it, but I wanted to share my fun little corner accents using the #922 Kreaxions 4-in-1 punch. I cut a little square from white cardstock. I ran this piece through my Cuttlebug with an embossing folder, rubbed the embossed design with stamp pads and then punched the four corners with my #922 punch. I love the look of elegant punched corners. The little tree and the sentiment "JOY" are stamps from WOW stamps. I gave the stamped image a spray with some Heidi Swapp Gold spray, love the elegance the... Continue reading

What an adorable little couple.

I have already mentioned how much I love the Kreaxions circle cutter, but really, everytime I use it I love it even more. It is so fast and easy plus easy to store so it is always at my fingertips. My card today shows off what one little circle can do. A cut OUT circle, no less. What is so fun about the Kreaxions circle cutter is that you can make it any size you want plus you can position it anywhere you want so it was so fast and easy to cut out my little circle window for my... How fabulous is that wonderful and different color combination!

I heard on the news today that snow was falling, somewhere, certainly not where I live. I love to associate snow and snowmen and snowflakes to winter so that is the theme of my card that I want to share today. The super easy part to my card was picking up my #312 Kreaxions 4-in-1 punch. This was really a quick and easy card. I took the punch and punched a border three times on three different colors of cardstock. I made sure the white piece was long enough to fill in the length of the card. Since my card... Continue reading
I loved that blog post combining your books with scrapbooking, what a great layout. I have your first book and it really is on my "to read" list, that just hasn't happened yet!!!
Fabulous idea, just perfect!

Once again, my Kreaxions circle cutter was the answer to help me finish my card. The red zig zags are just a piece of patterned paper cut along the design. After stamping the sentiment which is a stamp from Verve, I needed the finishing accent. I pulled out my Kreaxions circle cutter. I cut the smaller circle first and then with the piece of paper that was left, I cut a slightly larger circle to end up with the paper ring. This is so easy with the circle cutter since you can set the size to whatever you want. Thanks... Continue reading
Wow, what an amazing use of that neat color combination and LOVE those pink flowers.

I love to create. For my card that I am going to share today, I tried something a little different. I took a strip of black cardstock and punched the entire length of it with the #922 4-in-1 Kreaxions punch. When I was finished, I was going to just use the punched edge but realized how neat the punched border looked with the piece that would normally be throw away. So, I just kept the pieces together and used them as a strip on my card. I put that punched border together with some Tim Holtz paper tape that I... Continue reading
What a sweet layout, we had a pet rat like that who was my daughters best little friend.

One of the things I find the most fun when pulling out my Kreaxions punches is just playing with them to see what I can come up with. This just might be the easiest technique, I just cut a square from my cardstock and then punched each of the edges with Punch #304. After that I punched along each side. I thought the result was so fun and the perfect stage for the rest of my card. Once I had the card together, I decided to punch the corners of the card base also. The cardstock is too thick when... I love punches and I love punching borders. You can see my little white punched border peeking out, it is such a simple way to add just that last, perfect accent to a card. The image is by Flower Soft. Thanks for visiting, Linda Beeson, Design Team member Continue reading
I have been wanting to use that embossing folder again on a card so you have inspired me! Oh how I love the white with brown and the great flowers.
How cute are those balloons!

I love the Kreaxions butterfly die mostly because I love it's size. I decided to use the negative of the cut out image. I used a sketch for my card that is featured at 2 Peas in a Bucket this week and I pulled out some of my Hero Arts stamps. I cut a square from the orange cardstock and then placed the butterfly die so that it would be going off of the square. After I cut out the butterfly, I backed the orange cardstock with white cardstock where I had stamped the writing stamp with orange ink. Thanks... Continue reading

There just isn't a circle cutter that is easier or faster to use then the Kreaxions circle cutter. I wanted to make a variety of sizes of paper rings for my card and all it took was minutes and the Kreaxions circle cutter. Because you can pick any size of circle to cut out that you want, you just cut out your larger circle and then cut a smaller circle out of that. Because of all of the measurements on the cutter. you can cut them to fit inside of each other so easily. The zig zag design is a... Continue reading
