Today I woke up early and decided to go for a run. The weather had finally turned frosty, but the sky was blue and the sun bright. The shadows were long in the angled light, which made me want to move as far north as possible, maybe to Stockholm, so that I can always have the sense of swimming...

So. A bad cold, sore throat, croupy cough, and general fatigue. No time at the gym, lots of sleep--10 hours a day, plus naps. And high blood pressure, suddenly again. Three days this week at the doctor's office getting blood tests done. Becoming bendy for the moment is in stasis. No food sound...
