Tastes Like Summer
Yesterday I met Alice for a tasty lunch at Peels - which instantly became one of my favorite spaces. With a great menu and a lot of charm, I can see myself becoming a regular there. We finished off lunch with some mint ice cream and when the server set it down, I was a bit suprised. It was ...
Gorgeous!!! You inspire me, girl! Agreeing with the above post that you need to sell this stuff!
cards.canvas
==================================================================================== I was inspired to do a couple of cards with some of my favorite stamps & embossing powders. And a mini canvas wrapped in my favorite fabric topped with some simple things that I want to frame and then add to m...
Goodness, girl. These are so good. Hey, I was thinking about flying out sometime early next year for a get together. But wait, maybe I can lure you and Cindy out for CHA fun? It'll be nice and warm-ish here... ;)
homemade decorations, by me...
------------------------------------------*Over the weekend I made these boxes & the witch hat, using Making Memories papers & stickers...and my Slice to cut the masks! I love Wendy Addison & Nicol Sayre's work so much, and they were in my head as I did these.
Good choices, Lisa D. ;) I have the Anthro one in navy. Super cute. And what's with the Downeast Basics that people blog about all the time? I've never seen any, anywhere.
Five On Friday.
What's the one wardrobe item I never feel guilty adding to my closet in the spring? White t-shirts and tanks, of course! Nothing is more versatile than a crisp white top, and I love finding versions that add funky details and go a step beyond the plain white tee. Here's five of my current faves...
These are gorgeous, girly. But there's nothing wrong with a nice grid layout. :)
Great Spring Organization & Purge Project of 2011
Last week I had promised to post some non-grid layouts, but the Great Spring Organization & Purge Project of 2011 got me sidetracked. Did you know that if you give your spring cleaning projects a big, bold official title, it makes them more fun? Well, not really, but it does get you out of other...
I'm super happy and excited that you are with Lily Bee. Your work is fab!
Lilybee!
I am so excited to be able to share that I have made the Lilybee Design Team. I only found out on Monday and it was a nice scrappy lift me up after finding out that I was unsuccessful with returning to the Jillibean Team. I don't have any more Lilybee goodness to share at this time, so I will...
Oooh, love that dresser. Is it mirrored? I'm going to fly you out once I'm unpacked so you can direct my house decorating efforts. Really! We get girl tim and some cupcakes too!
Kiela's mini closet makeover...
Since Mira got a new dresser... We bought a new dresser-only because it was a great steal from the Crate & Barrel Outlet... Her closet is still a work in progress. She needs a mirror or two and some baskets for the top shelves. Eeew, Lulu's nasty bone!! Pretty dishes for Kiela's hair th...

shadow box...

Snapshots of My Weekend: 8.1.10
Some of you lovely readers have noticed that starting today I'm no longer the blog hostess over on the American Crafts blog. I recently accepted an awesome new part-time position (more on that later) which includes some social media roles and had to let that job go. It's been such a great expe...

And just like that, she's five.
It's hard for this mama to believe to that my baby is now FIVE years old. Ack! Five years - really??! Her arrival those short five years ago completed our little family. I still remember so clearly Mike saying It's a girl! and the overwhelming mix of happiness, disbelief, and amazement that we...

The last day of school edition
