First I must say perhaps I have been away too long.I got the third degree sign in process again but ah ha....endured and actually was successful.
Let me say this may in part account for my attitude which I confess could be more positive.
I was particularly taken by your line...."This makes for rich reading, but things don't exactly zip along".. Alas, these days I am for things that zip along! Perhaps that results from my over involvement in a crazy busy life? I make no real excuse for that stance...it is just... where I am.
As I progressed in reading the article it became more humorous to me which is not a sterling stance for my serious reading character.
Oh well, after re reading my note I think it best I return to this elephant review (book) and look at it again from the front vantage point. Well written as always Marcus.
