Staff feedback? staff feedback is when a staff gives their opinion aout the business they work for to the employees for possible improvement; they can make both positive and negitive coments. e.g. Thorpe Park, their staff will ask customers about who there day is and if there is any complaints about the park then the staff will come and tell the manager of Thorpe Park so they will improve it Continue reading

complaint letters/Compliment letters? complaint letters is when a customer writes a letter to the business about what the didn't like, and what they should improve on.
