Michael and entire Evarts family, It's been a long time since I saw you last. I was your neighbor who was yours, "Amy"'s (Paisley), and Dan's babysitter when you were about 7 years old and you had chickenpox. Your mom taught me how to ride and I took care of your horses and dog (Tara) when you all were away and cleaned the stalls regularly. You and your sibs were my first babysitting job and pet sitting job and I totally enjoyed working for your parents and babysitting for you. We lost track over the years but I have never forgotten you, Dan, "Amy" or your parents and think of you all often and any time I am viting Moreland Hills and drive past your childhood home. I also worked for your mom's camp that she held at your grandparents' home on Lander Rd. Today, my father called me at work to report he had just learned you were killed in Iraq. I am totally shocked and deeply saddened to learn that during your voluntary military service to our country, your life was taken away far too long before your time. Your memory will live on and be shared by everyone who loves you. God Bless you and your family and all of those who are affected by your untimely death. I am praying for you and your family.
