HAW HAW HAW! FEAR?!?!? What has Dr. Paul got to fear? Gaffes? Those are spoken by people who would retract what they say. Position changes? There aren't any. Contradictions? Someone who even says these words in conjunction with Dr. Paul's name shows first had he has absolutely NO idea what he's talking about. You think the MSM hasn't been looking for a little dirt on Dr. Paul? Why ELSE do you think they're so scared of him? There's not going to be a little dig dig here rat rat there, THAT's why the MSM are scared.
Hey, I'd just like to remind you all Ron Paul will bring all our soldiers home starting the day he takes office. Now, here is a thing I want to propose. We all are aware the reason we are in all the conflicts overseas is to support Big Oil or Big Military. In these conflicts, many people are killed - thousands of Americans but millions of foreigners. If you are a rational person, it is your duty to save others if it is possible to do so without harming yourself. Keep in mind that up until now, whichever candidate was elected we could be fairly certain the wars would continue. Now, however it is different. With your single vote, you could save thousands of Americans and a million or more foreigners. Are they so unimportant you can't be bothered? Myself, if I don't do my best for Dr. Paul I will feel complicit in the murders if I do not try to stop them. It may be the most honorable act you've ever performed. Isn't it worth your time? Vote Vertebrate - Ron Paul 2012!

Gene - I use the information you provide to jump in and out of CDE. It's working - the price of metals producer is indeed tied to the price of the metal.

Wonder what's going to happen when whoever gets the nomination finds out they'll have to run against Ron Paul with the full backing of the RNC's war chest. He has maybe 1% of the negatives of HC or BO and 20 years of NEVER ONCE voting against his beliefs. Combine his pristine character with the absolutely scurrilous ads the party or affiliates will run attacking the Democratic nominee. Now consider he won't retract or condemn any one of those ads because he believes in free speech. All that tinfoil hat crap will get stopped pretty quick when the pubs back his platform - which is incidentally the traditional Republican platform. McWar is a train wreck and everyone knows it - which means even pubs should get it in a month or two. Will it be soon enough?

Good for them, they'll get a taste of what they're driving voters toward for the next four years. When you're filling your car with $3 gas and buying some $2.65 a dozen eggs, remember who is running on stopping deficit spending. The war for oil is what caused prices for anything that eats grain to skyrocket. When THOSE prices rise, the fresh fruit seller raises his prices again, now you have some nice $5 a pound grapes in the market. It's YOUR money being spent. YOU'RE the one going to pay $250 a week for groceries. Still think Ron Paul sounds like a bad idea? He's the ONLY candidate, Republican or Democrat that is running on reducing your cost of living. Maybe you have plenty money. Me, I'm not so rich.

Tim Russert is really something. He investigates OTHER people back to what they said 20 years ago, but does Mr. Russert disclose his OWN conflicts of interest? No, instead he silently plans his character assassination attempt without letting anyone know he has a dog in the fight. Well, you kind of have to expect that type of hatchet job from someone who in bed with the status quo. I did my OWN little fact checking expedition and found the advertisers for Meet The Press. GE lists 824 items regarding defense contracts on their website for 2007. GE owns NBC, Tim Russert's employer. http://www.ge.com/search/index.jsp Boeing lists 72,200 items regarding defense. http://tinyurl.com/2nm5y8 Fidelity Investments - tax and 401k services, need I say more? Hummer - child company of AM General the company that makes all the HMMWV's for the Army. UBS - Another banking company, certainly they have nothing to fear from Dr. Paul, right? Toyota - makes cars which are CURRENTLY cheaper to make in Japan (and then assemble here). Aleve - you think Bayer Pharmaceuticals has a reason to fear Ron Paul - who wants to allow young adults to opt out of SS and Medicare and is vehemently opposed to socialized medicine? ABE - (shill for coal companies) do they have nothing to fear from Ron Paul's desire to deregulate nuclear power so we have safe, clean unlimited power? CVS - A Pharmacy whose bread and butter is insurance and Medicare. Dr. Paul wants to remove the incentives for hospitals to overbill us. Xerox - another defense contractor. Here's a link to their defense contracts of 2006. http://tinyurl.com/2wjzbb MasterCard - Huge banking coop. Why didn't Mr. Russert let us know that he had a HUGE conflict of interest BEFORE THIS SEGMENT AIRED? When half of your advertisers are in defense, the other half split between banking and Big Pharma doesn't that constitute NEWS? I mean, Mr. Russert dug back 20 years or more on Dr. Paul to try to find "dirt". Why not look in your own mirror? I find the FACT that Mr. Russert did NOT disclose this relationship highly disturbing. (Good point, but why don't you ask NBC, not me?)

VERY nice article, sir. Don't let some of the more excitable supporters get to you - we really DO appreciate the coverage. We're a little disappointed in the level of coverage we receive, but by no means is that your fault. Have you ever wondered about Ron Paul's positions? Wondered if they are financially supportable and responsible? I am working on fact-checking his positions using mathematics and government statistics. I invite you (and Dr. Paul's supporters) to drop by and fact check my fact checking.

Huckabee never finished the seminary, so I can KINDA believe him when he said he didn't know about Romney's religion. Of course, comparative religion is a sort of low level class, but give him the credit for not being studious and drop it. He DOES believe in creationism, so at least he was awake PART of the time. I wonder how he does on other religions stuff. I know he got his Baptist girl friend Diane O'Connell a government job even though she had no experience. Cost Arkansas 1.6 million, so I guess he fails at not lying. Let's see, he stole $60,000 out of the taxpayer fund so I guess he missed that class about not stealing. He tried to pay himself as a consultant in his own Senatorial election, so he missed that class on not cheating too. He opened a wedding registry at Target and Dillard's while he was governor so his grateful subjects could buy him presents when he and his wife renewed their vows. Hm - guess he missed that class about not coveting his neighbor's possessions too. Wait - maybe there's a simpler explanation. Maybe the Huckster thinks YOU'RE stupid. After all, he DOES support the FairTax, which doesn't tax corporations AT ALL, and millionaires and up at the same rate as someone who is near poverty level - i.e. less than 5%. Here's the thing - religious people really ARE religious. Who among them wants any truck with THIS devil? (Reader Beware: A reminder that all comments here by readers, some of whom may have a stake in one candidate's campaign, are unverified.)
