I'm starting this blog TODAY with the hopes of keeping me on track!! I weighed in at 139 lbs today. I've already lost 6lbs, which is scary and sad to me, and at the same time I'm excited to have lost 6 lbs, of course!!! 145 is the most I've ever weighed!! I do know that 145 is not huge, but I've always been "small" and at 5'5", I'm not super "short". I can't weigh a ton and be considered "small".
