Un anno intenso. Senza dubbio.

Continue reading

In these days I've finally decided on the type of training and professional update (together) that I will take. By now it was necessary and couldn't be postponed more. I had many choices in front of me: the choice even on a new faculty, and the ones I had interest on was Psychology, or Educational Sciences. But in the end I went for elimination.. -Psychology at my age it's late, I could make a three-year degree (bachelor), but it doesn't create many job opportunities and above all, to make this work seriously serves a full degree and many years of... Today I woken up early because of the shipment of my new pc given between 10.00 am and 14.00 pm. This is the 2nd time this pc has been delivered to me, since the first, on April: but in that time the case was severely bent in the middle, and the computer was returned to the store to be changed. It's a HP Envy 15, with a Full HD screen of 15,6" - I choose this because of the double initiative of HP: 1) bringin back of a pc with i5 processor, valued 140 €, and 2) the return of... Today I started over to try to reduce my daily shift. As someone of you already know, I started the so-called Morning Shift at the beginning of 2011: due to my stomach problems and disturbs, I can't sleep regularly at night. The conseguence has been that, when it occurs, I can go to bed only late at night - say at 3, 4 and even at 5am - and can wake up only after 11am. And this if the stomach lets me sleep at all. This aspect has always been a problem to me, in several life contexts: to resolve... Continue reading

Today, awake at 10.00am because I had to solve a heavy problem: the domain hosting of our Website for the event it's ceasing today, and the renewal procedure doesn't work! I said to F.F. to renew late. It's my fault, that's why I'm very worried about this now. I wanted to wait because I thought if we transfer the site on another hosting, it would be useless renew with this and spend 87 euro. But the new solution was late to clarify, so I decided to give the "ok" to F.F. to renew only friday. She tried saturday, but was... Continue reading

“I was surprised by how mortally embarrassed you can be by writing something nobody else will ever read. […] It’s like hearing a recording of my own voice. That can’t be how I sound. Oh, but it is.” — ‘Be Wrong as Fast as You Can’ - Hugo Lindgren, NYTimes.com Continue reading

Because of the time I woke up today (after 2pm - and I missed the delivery of my new Sony), the first thing I want to fix is: - My first resolution for the new year will be to reduce the shift. The day started sadly, but not only for the fact it's the last day of the year (and I still don't know which will be my program tonight), but also because yesterday I saw the film "After.Life", with the beautiful Christina Ricci. The film caused me a deep sadness, because it speaks of the fear to live, fear... Continue reading

It's 3 o'clock in the evening. I was to write my "morning" diary but for curiosity i checked the Corriere news magazine and read the news. So sadness took on my mind. The legendary biologist was died. I quickly thought that under festivity there're more probability to die, I don't remember where I read it.. Today I woke up with a lot of anxiety. Since I have to go to S.M. and see if there're news, speak with the neighboorhood, control electricity counters, check some things. Because of the festivity, it was quite long time I didn't go there. I may have two type of unexpected things and this favorites my system of anxiety and nervousness, and the first is postal (I will find big unexpected taxes to pay in the mailbox?). In my state I should control all the situation and would be ever no space for surprises, this in theory. In practical, the... Continue reading

Yesterday with the uncle (osb) we saw a documentary on the public tv about nature: it was really nice, we was enchanted by the images and the behaviour of the animals (fox, bears..): they are so spectacular! Until 4 am i worked on the TEDx website, still I'm not done but at least I finished the Teaming section Today is the first day of "normality" after Nativity and so on - I'm surprised I'm not receiving news emails by the coordinating team but maybe it's better - I can concentrate on the mail I already have! It's strange for the... Continue reading

As usual my awaking was truly late, at 12 am. Then I did a smart breakfast and a shower. For the lunch we was waiting for my cousin Laura and the mom. The afternoon was nice and fluxed through serenity blahs and a warm fireplace. Laura gave a gift to me that's reminder of when I said I would go to Paris when with the "right" woman. But I can't still say I'll visit the pretty french city :) In the evening I went to Saint Peter and did some shots of the nativity installation (well it's not so beatiful... Continue reading

I'm here to learn. I've read with sacred interest the full-of-useness book of Claire Diaz-Ortiz "The Present Principle" ─ even her Pinterest's to-do lists are interesting, but I've known her by the Pope on Twitter initiative on 12.12.12 <grin>. Now I'm at the Schedule part of the issue. But today I forgot several things: 1. I did go to sleep at 7 am (yes, it's a long story..) 2. "Sunday" isn't at the same level of "work". 3. Laziness. Has been fatal today. I was on sofa with pc, searching for the right blog, doing the right list of projects... Continue reading

Just to say i'm still blogging but not from here. I thought this platform would have been dismissed, as the problems of other similar ones occured (i.e. Vox.com, in which I started the project described in the previous post...) I hope to return to contribute here. Don't know when, but I'll do. Soon I'll post some infographics I collected in my work repository. stay tuned :) Continue reading

Continue reading
