It was titled somewhat sensationally, "Members Of Human Rights Expert Committee At UN Question Patents On Food." http://www.ip-watch.org/weblog/2009/08/07/members-of-human-rights-expert-committee-at-un-question-patents-food/ I think one of the commenters to the post on the IP Watch rightly takes the news item to task for over-stating the opposition to patents on food supplies. Nevertheless, I'll be curious to see the report of the Special Rapporteur on the Right to Food appointed by the UN High Commission for Human Rights. The report is due out shortly.
