My family ate good, balanced meals, and though my parents aren't very active, I grew up playing soccer and spending my summers at the pool with the swim team, plus a variety of different stuff in high school: fencing, dance, tumbling classes. After that, the Marine Corps took over.
I miss everyone at the box. I'll try to swing by the street fair exhibit when I'm not looking at apartments.

Can't believe I'm the first person to say this, but: more benchmark WODs. Not to take away from the outstanding WODs we've been doing, but I've done Fran once ever. Grace, once ever. I'm not asking for "Ladies Night" like the CrossFit in Wmsburg, but it'd be nice to do one every two or three weeks.

I thought 115 was really hard, but I hit some inspiration and blew through 125. I probably had another 5 or ten pounds, and for once my limiting factor might have been the jerks, not my forearms on the cleans.
Great working with Mrs. Fox and Whitney. Anyone who was in the box encouraging Jess on her last set got a feeling for what makes CFSBK special.

At one point in grade school, I was torn between being the president or a bus driver. Neither one of those panned out. I didn't figure out I wanted to be a writer until about age 24 or so.
Re: Michele & the OC gals - Hey, Orange County is a different place from Brooklyn. The CF box is different. The people are different. It would make sense that how they market it would also be different. At the end of the day, I think we'd all agree that strong is beautiful. (p.s. Call me, O.C. ladies!)
