Gayle, bread is baked overnight, other than warming up baguettes a few times a day. So there really is no smell of baking bread to worry about. Cindy... yer right.. any menu item can be customized to a very large degree and there's plenty of existing menu items (salads and soups) that are not bread related... and you can always get an apple on the side vs baguette. Beth, yea... it's called upselling, and everyone does it... cause it works. When I get someone that is avoiding bread, I try to suggest stuff like drinks.. smoothies, coffee drinks, etc... instead of pastries.

If you're taking a "healthy" approach, I believe it's less about what you "can or can't", or even "should or shouldn't" have and more about what you "choose" to have.

That was worth it just for the sound effects. And I swear I heard the voice over dude say boob-zilla at least once.

I think I was sort of blogging before there was blogging. My personal website (first on AOL, then my own domain) was a collection of much of what a typical personal blog contains - photos, links to stuff I liked, stuff I wrote about, even "journal entries" about some of my weight-loss efforts scrapbook. For the longest time the section of my site about the "So-called Mayo Clinic Diet" was the most popular section. Shifting my site from hard-coded html to blogging software was a decision I made because I was already doing the content, but the software would make it easier to do. Now, like you in some ways Beth, I've done additional blogs to serve some specific purposes... and some of the stuff I'm working on now are (hopefully) to work in concert with my career goals.

Oh yea, and around here, Famous Dave's is a BBQ joint chain, so every time I hear you talking bout it... I get cravings for ribs!

Might have to check this out, but why is the 4-times a day thing a con? It's that way with any calcium... cause you can't absorb more than 5-600 at a time anyways.

I don't throw the S-word out much at all, but that is a special kind of stupid. It's not ignorance, ignorance can be overcome.
