The Mountain View Aquatic Center in Marietta offers pretty reasonable daily and annual rates. http://prca.cobbcountyga.gov/aquatic-fees.htm

The remodeling work looks awesome. The new lifting and workout platforms are really impressive. Great technical yet difficult workout. I know it is late but a few of us are meeting at Miller's Ale House around 815 for drinks. Miller's Ale House 10750 Davis Drive Alpharetta, GA 30004

Thanks to everyone at CFNF for coming out and cheering. I can honestly say that without your support my performance would have been much worse. Looking forward to tomorrow.

Great job Kimi. You rocked the cleans. After one round, my left hip became aggravated and trying to do the second rounds of cleans was extremely painful. By the 3rd rep, my hips could not generate enough power to get under the bar. By that point, I threw in the towel. I will be heading to the doctor on next week to find out the damage report on my hip. Regardless, I hope Hicky and Pistol rocked it out.

Kim, thanks for a great article. Cheating is detrimental to not only the athlete but also the group. The athlete compromises his athletic progress and social status by cheating. Furthermore, the group loses its focus on the workout and instead focuses its attention on the cheater. Accountability for one's actions is paramount. The trainers and members at CFNF hold everyone accountable. A partial rep does not go unnoticed and missed reps are noted. In addition, the training staff does an excellent job of teaching, monitoring, and reinforcing the movements. High performance standards and accountability forges elite fitness. CFNF's strong performances at CF competitions did not come from cheating. Hard work, excellent teaching, and a great community of athletes set the foundation for excellence.

Kim, thanks for the WOD design. The OHS and dips were extremely challenging. 10:47 scaled( 95# OHS and Dips) I am pretty sure people at the YMCA have never seen an OHS before as I was asked by several members what I was doing.

Campbell, congratulations on the PR. I have a theory that by staring at Ed's denim shorts provided you with motivation for your PR.

http://www.american-gymnast.com/shop/Beginner-Palm-Grips-C37.aspx The site sells relatively inexpensive gymnastic grips for non-gymnasts who are practicing kipping pullups. Try it out and see if it works for you.
