Your "right now" posts have helped me so much. I am so grateful to you. I tried writing in my weekly journal this morning using your "right now" idea. It miraculously put a brighter light on the things I am experiencing just now. I am nearly an empty-nester with my youngest having graduated from high school, and my two college children, recently returned from two-year Mormon missionary service, are also dashing off to college. My home will feel so quiet with my husband and I. Thanks again for the "right now" inspiration. Such a small thing...but so big. It is helping me to deal with my feelings of grief, and to see the beauty in each feeling and each moment. Cheers, Gwendolyn
