At 8 or 9, I spent a couple of days carefully tailoring a picture of my dream backyard -- complete with rock wall covered in roses, a gazebo, and a stream. I was so proud of this picture that it was taped to my bedroom wall until I left for college.

I'd LOVE to have the Great American Artists for Kids book! I've used several of your other books, and they are awesome! One of my favorite art projects as a kid was making a Christmas slipper with old cards, and then lacing it all together. It still makes it way to the Christmas tree every year.
