CaneINsider Watch: “The Three Amigos” Posted by: Len "Tex" Magsamen Hutchinson, Kansas sits in the heartland of America. It also is home to national juco football powerhouse, Hutchinson Community College. On Monday, three elite Hutchinson players visited the UM campus in Coral Gables. SDE Marquavius Lewis, OLB Claude George, and DT Jeremiah Ledbetter all play on the defensive side of the ball. All could contribute immediately. All are candidates to be juco All-Americans this year. ............................................. The Canes are very serious about all three prospects. Claude George committed today and i bet Lewis will be the next one.
Canes recruiting on a roll
New Canes bat signal is for 2015 OL Geron Christian of Trinity Catholic in Ocala
I repeat:I will believe it when Trayone Gray will be on Campus.
Trayone Gray senior highlights:
CS reporting he scored a 22. I will believe it when he will be on Campus. If true, this is great... Needed a 19 on the ACT and got a 22. "I don't even know when I'll report, I'm just waiting on coach Scott to tell me when," Gray said."
Another good news for the Canes... Miami Gardens (FL) Carol City High School standout athlete and UM signee Trayone Gray was never a sure thing to qualify academically to report for this season. But he got some good news today. Read on. Gray gets qualifying test score -

Three former Hurricanes football players recently spoke to the NCAA... When was that exactly Barry? And if it was recent like you said can we presume that the final report on allegations is far from being done so that we won't hear from the NCAA before NSD??? Thanks for the info.

Susan i don't remember UM athletics to be so much on the down slope. Do you think UM needs an experienced AD who has had a lot of success elsewhere or you think James is up to the task to restore UM athletics?

Smart move for Ray Ray and his parents...Get your degree, have a very good senior season and improve your skills and draft stock which means in the end more money and a better future. Vernon if he is smart will follow the same path...Forston very unsmart move...Streeter not sure and Miller you could have used your senior season to get stronger and more durable...Andrew Lock stayed for his senior season and watch out for the kind of money he will make in the NFL. He improved his draft stock and will be among the first 3 picks...$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$Some Miami Juniors going in the NFL Draft just might regret it and some got bad advices and bad influences...
