If there was never enough proof that one rotten apple (or in this case a completely brainless idiot) in power can ruin an entire state system of schools, there is now: Linda Lingle, supposed "governor" of Hawaii. In the small span of time composed of the last 5 months, she has managed to ensure that our keiki have the least days of school in the country (basically guaranteeing our children will suffer for years and years to come), turn a blind eye to the fact that our children's education, and as a direct result, the state's future, is in incredible...
