You asked for it, you got it. A no-frills guide to feeling sexier – fast! With Christmas around the corner, many of us are feeling ... well, exactly the same as last year, right? Flat, tired, a bit wobbly and... over it! I hear you! Okay, so here's what we're gonna do: eat clean 'til Christmas. Yup! That's just 20 days. Forget everything else, just focus on cleansing and nourishing your body and the rest will fall into place. This isn't about rapid weight-loss (although I'd be astonished if you didn't lose some weight in the next 20 days!), it's... Continue reading

Hey Sexies! Well, things have been pretty crazy since the launch of my cookbook, The Sexy Sugar Free Vegan Project. I've been enjoying all of your photos and hearing the wonderful stories of how you've all transformed your bodies and minds with my sexy super natural recipes! Also, I've been listening closely to your feedback and am working on a totally new program and eBook, which will include simpler recipes, training tips and more! I've also been... wait for it... scouting locations for a health retreat next year!! OMG! Yes! That's right. I'm searching for the perfect place to relax,... Continue reading

Hey Sexies! Just in case you missed it, in the flurry of activity around publishing The Sexy Sugar Free Vegan Project eBook, I added this ridiculously tasty recipe from my good pal, super-clever blogger and sexy vegan, Bonnie Forkner from Going Home to Roost. The best part about this recipe has got to be the 'cheese' sauce. I mean... I can't believe it's not real cheese!! What can I say? Dis sauce cray!! But you'll only find Bonnie's secret recipe in my eBook (I know, I'm such a terrible tease aren't I?!!). It's available now – woohoo! Guess what? The... Continue reading

Hi Nicole! What lovely feedback, thank you! Yes, all the photos in the book are mine, except the two by Emily Von Euw from This Rawsome Vegan Life. It's lovely because I've got a few food styling/photography gigs since publishing it! A new avenue for me :) Stay in touch, Nicole, as I'm running a competition to win a fantastic organic food hamper in June - just post a photo of a recipe you created from the book on our Facebook page to be in the running to WIN!! woohoo!

It's finally here! And I'm so excited to share this news with everyone. After so much hard work and late nights cooking, baking, doing dishes, burning things, tasting things, lugging around camera equipment and... eating, eating, eating... it's finally time to unveil the cookbook. It has truly been a labour of love – and of passion (that's why we call it "sexy") – and it's a really good thing I have all this crazy super-natural energy to burn (that comes from quitting sugar). Now, it's over to you to try these recipes for yourselves. I'm so proud of this little... Continue reading

Can I just say, some of the last minute inclusions in The Sexy Sugar Free Vegan Project eBook are blowing my mind! Naturopath and nutritionist, Meg Thompson from My Wholefood Romance has literally changed my life with this one... I've actually never tried this magical little super berry before! The colour is so amazing. I can only imagine what those antioxidants are doing to my cells right now (yes, I did just eat some for dessert!). You'll find this recipe in the eBook, which is available now – woohoo! Guess what? The Sexy Sugar Free Vegan Project eBook is finally... Continue reading

So I made a bit of a mess in the kitchen last night... but one taste of these Red Velvet and Coconut Cream Brownies kinda made it all worthwhile! This is just one of the many incredible new recipes you'll find in The Sexy Sugar Free Vegan Project cookbook. It's almost finished! Only 3 more recipes to shoot... an awesome salad, a breakfast mousse (that's right, chocolate for breakfast!) and some ridiculously 'cheesey' pot pies. Arggghh I'm so excited! Guess what? The Sexy Sugar Free Vegan Project eBook is finally here! Yippee! And it's available for immediate download, so you... Continue reading

Hello sexies! Guess what I did for my birthday yesterday?? That's right! I tested and photographed this recipe for my upcoming eBook The Sexy Sugar Free Vegan Project. I'm such a workaholic, huh? Well, it was a pretty tasty way to spend my birthday morning, so I consider it a treat! Not only did the smell of baking make my whole house smell amazing (kinda like a gingerbread house, I just wanted to eat the walls!), it was so good straight out of the oven... I totally almost burnt myself trying to devour it. A classic case of pleasure and... Continue reading

So you all know I've been working hard on completing The Sexy Sugar Free Vegan Project cookbook, but what you don't know yet is that I'll be inviting a few guest recipe writers to join in the project. How exciting! I'm calling on all my favourite Vegan chefs and foodies out there to take up the challenge... a Vegan recipe sans sugar (that includes dates, maple syrup and agave etc!). The best recipes will be published in the upcoming The Sexy Sugar Free Vegan Project cookbook, as well as the authors' bios and links to their business pages. So, what... Continue reading

Hi ladies! I'm so sorry about the problems with the pdf file - would somebody kindly email me at [email protected] with a screengrab of the black background so that I can troubleshoot? It seems to be working fine for most people - I've had a few of my friends print them out just fine...? I'll try to fix the file and let you know as soon as I've re-uploaded it! Thanks so much for your patience, and sorry again for the technical glitch! Will have it fixed for you in a jiffy! xx
Hi Irina, I just bought a Breville Juice Fountain Compact at Myer's Boxing Day sale. I'm really happy with it and have been using it every second day! I always make extra and freeze in ice cube trays to use later. I've heard that you get better nutrient absorption from using a Vitamix, especially for leafy greens, but at ten times the price I'm sticking with the juicer and blender for now! I like that with a blender, you're getting all the fibre too, and with a juicer, you can literally drink in the goodness of raw carrot and beetroot. Hope that helps!!
Wow! A family of seven!! Well, from memory, I'd say it serves 4... I definitely remember having it for lunch the next day :) I'll be sure to update the recipe - thanks for reminding me!
Hi JC! LSA is short for linseed, sunflower and almond meal :) you can get it mixed and ground from health food stores and even the health food section of the supermarket! It's full of healthy omega 3 fatty acids and fibre. Enjoy!
Hi laura! Oh, it's part of the font :) I think it's meant to look like it's been typed on a vintage typewriter ;) Hope you enjoy the calendars!
