Chad, Your enthusiasm rocks! To see your passion it truly does inspire others to be as passionate and you see that passed down to your team! I look forward to checking out the vLabs and having my face melted! Luigi
Great post! Just wondering EMC also uses the first name.last name (a)Emc format for email? My question is of all the contacts listed there aren't any multiple similar email aliases? Example say you have 2 Keith Coughlin's then user 1. Would be coughlin_keith (a) Emc. But the second one would be coughlin_keith2(a)Emc Reason I say this is if there is a circumstance like that possibly someone will be flooded with resumes and emails. Thanks, Luigi
I was thinking of you today, and realized just how much your positive attitude I enjoy! I had a great summer spending time with my kids. Like your youngest my youngest started school also. How time flys and even more how our kids grow. Luigi

VMworld is great from what I hear but the real important thing is that Herman is still around to tell the story!
Kudos on the million pageviews! You truly do inspire this young blogger. I couldn't agree more on the passion and how blogging lets you learn. Keep the posts coming. Luigi

I think to be a good engager you have to have passion on the topic being presented. I think if presentors stopped and asked themselves "if I was in the audience how would I rate the deliverence of said material?" You also have to account for personal comfort each person has for a topic & thier own social comfort talking with people. You can lack social engagement skills and still be a good presenter.

I would say History can repeat itself if you haven't learned from the mistakes of the past. That is what gives all of us our character today. Change 1 thing from past and your future has a different outcome. Very good post!
