Joe - thanks for posting, and being responsive on the comments here. But I do think you need to address the central allegation of the article (as alluded to above). I'm a fan of Innocent (and regular consumer!), and also like the amount it has done for charities. Even an acknowledgement that this was not ideal and it won't happen again would help restore a bit of confidence. We all appreciate the challenges of growing a business, but it's grown on the back of its ethical values / commitments.
