Lifting weights is still my least favorite, but it does seem to make the biggest difference. I am probably checking my steps too often, making sure I'm on track for the day. :)

I was just saying again yesterday, as I filled another June date with my orange marker, that seeing the goal right in front of me helps so much. I am pretty sure it might be the only reason I even find the motivation to do this everyday...I don't want to see an empty box on the calendar. :)
