These look amazing. You now officially have a fan. I will be sure to return here. I recently tried a gnocchi dish with some sauteed onions and radicchio, but the radicchio was SO bitter, I am wondering if I cooked it incorrectly. I understand they are slightly bitter, but this was bitter beyond anything I have ever eaten. Even more bitter that the asian bitter melon! I would love any kind of insight into understanding the ingredient better. Thanks, Supriya
