You might consider using a bookmarking system like Diigo (http://www.diigo.com) to post link collections. Using tags, you can organize links into different categories - budget, benefits, deals, etc. - and easily link to each group. Diigo's easy to use and costs you nothing. Great blog - at the top of my reading list each day.
