Complaint letter- this is when someone would send a letter of complaint when they are not happy with something, Tesco's invite people to write in if they have had problems with customer service/product - this will help improve their service. Compliment letter - this is when a customer would write in to appreciate the service they had. so customer will write in to thorpe park to say that they have had a good day out. Continue reading

Time taken from order to delivery is how long it takes the item to get to you. if it takes long to get to you it bad customer service. if you order somthing from argos and they say 2 days and if it take longer than they say that is bad customer service. Continue reading
