Excellent mate.... thinking outside of the box as usual... sounding a bit like sociocracy... I like the idea of involvement of all key stakeholders and players - but is it viable at the moment.... I know once a generation or so has past and we have diluted some of the Wall Street mentality it will be .... as well do you really think the Government really likes its citizens to have ideas... so I say Earl for Prime Minister...
