When I got my stack of Folksy Flannel, I separated it out into two equal portions. This is the other half... My first matchy-matchy project for my two... I was thinking about pinwheeling it rather than keeping the eclectic design of the other one... but we shall see... I kind of like the dive...

This post is for Marina...;) Several years ago, when my daughter was 6 months old, I was finding that many of the pants I was buying for her would not fit over her bulky cloth diapers. I suppose that hanging low in the back is fashionable in some parts (remember, I teach high school...) but ...
Thank you so much for posting this! I am so excited to start sewing some comfy pants for my boys! I love the "distressed" patches which definitely add some style and it's pure genius to use old t-shirts in the way that you have. I have some ancient threadbare concert t-shirts that will find a second life :)
