I would be a mixture of those older actresses. Elizabeth Taylor, for her wild life, Grace Kelly and Audrey Hepburn for their classiness, and Katherine Hepburn for her spunk. I'm really not that old, but love those old actresses. Someone once told me I looked like Suzanne Pleshette--remember her? Must have been the hairdo and dark eyebrows. The ruler is a neat idea that I will have to try out.

Oh, I'm jealous! I love lobster, shrimp, and most other crustaceans to eat. I'd say you're at some cape---Cod, maybe, or Ann,Nantucket, gosh the guessing could go on and on. Can't believe you blogged on the 4th. I,too, am helping to plan a wedding, but it's in Aug. and in the mts. (Colo)--the groom is a game warden.

Erin, if you go to www.thevignettehexagonquilts.blogspot.com this lady cuts her hexagon paper using her Cricut machine using freezer paper, then irons the hexies onto a strip of fabric. It sure would be easier. I don't know which cassett, but I'm going to ask her.

One of my daughters is the "white" one who never tans. It's from her father's side. I have continually stressed sun screen to both of my kids from the time they were little. On a more cheerful note, I saw that you were named by Quilter's Home mag. one of the top 50 quilting blogs. Congratulations! You are definitely on my list. You should be shouting this out to everyone. I'm so proud of you

I usually end up using Coats and Clark poly because I live in a town of 1200 (if that) and the closest town is 30 miles away (5000 pop.) with a Wal-Mart. Not much choice. Wish I could, but looking at thread color on line doesn't do it for me.
