I'm a Traditional Master Bookbinder with 48 years experience in conservation, restoration and period bookbinding. I like to think I've made improvements in strength and styles as my peers of past centuries did....but of course, you are the judge.
Interests: Did you know that Oak Bay was first seen by Europeans in 1790 when the Spanish sailed into the Strait of Juan de Fuca and noted Gonzales Hill? Since those times, Oak Bay has had a reputation as a charming neighbourhood with a genteel atmosphere, influenced by the British but uniquely Oak Bay.
