I'm fat!
I just found out I'm fat!!! I started the Couch To 5K program today ... I'm on Week 1, Day 1, and I could NOT do the running part of the very first workout!!! Okay, so what. So I'm fat!! I'm not going to let THAT get in my way!! I thought I would be running a 5K nine weeks from now, but screw it!...
