An article I read mentioned the magnetic properties of "unobtanium" acting as polar repulsion from the main land mass. The gravity on the planet is low to begin with allowing these mountains to float

Do not oversimplify space exploration. It is as challenging if not more than meeting an alien race and attempting to establish communication.

If such life was found, it would not be made known immediately. It would stay shrouded in secrecy until it was determined how the public would react.
I guess I agree with a unique story line but to what extent would it be different? Would it involve questing similar to the released game? That has been a point of criticism. Questing is much too redundant. What did you have in mind specifically or just any thoughts in general?
Fluent in a language not spoken sounds quite advantageous to me lol. Imagine the wealth of information one could pass to another without consequence if both could speak and understand the language.

That seems like a legitimate response to such a moving presentation. I would argue that this feeling is integral to the movie's success. This feeling imposes itself to such a degree that it leaves a viewer craving more, desiring to better the world but the film provides little in terms of course of action for this desire. How are we to fix the world's problems? Will the "rider of last shadow" save us from our demise?
Clever lol
Of course such a group of fictitious people do not celebrate it but if they did, how do you suppose they would?

"This is what happens when people are sitting on sh*t that you want. You make them your enemy!"
It is not unusual to feel this way after being shown a utopia that may very well exist but remains intangible. People want what they cannot have. The themes outlined in this film are recurring and spoken of frequently but their presence in such an awe inspiring film alters the perspective entirely giving new meaning.
