Wow, it's been ages since I've popped in here, your new DT is awesome! I adore all the colours and Fab eclectic feel of your Soho Garden range too, need me some of that! For an upcoming theme I would love to see teen boys too :-)
Congrats Patricia, your work is gorgeous!
You have so inspired me to pull out this lovely range and have a go! My favourite time to scrap is daytime when the kids are at school, it's when I have energy and ideas, unfortunately though the most common time I get to scrap is at night, after their bedtime, I'm not so productive then.
Soooogorgeous! It just screams btp to me!
another must-do project!

glad you're having a nice day, enjoy dinner out :-) After starting the day with a glorious pea-soup fog, we've done soccer, swimming, and had an afternoon full of visiting kids.... lots of giggles. Hoping to crack into my new Tari kit tonight :-D it arrived just the other day and it's gooooorgeous, as usual!

and a sketch. I'm a bit late but things have been a bit frantic here of late. Loved working with this range, so cute, a lovely mix of patterns and nice warm, cosy colours a perfect match for Kraft CS. The gummies are really cute but did need a touch extra glue. Continue reading

Hello everybody :-) Another beautiful Spring day, hope you're loving the weather at your place! I have been playing with the new Tattered Angels chalkboard mists and I must say, they are not what I expected. I found the colours much more subtle than I thought they would be and not quite opaque. I did a comparison on different products to show you what I mean... The colours I used were Cotton Candy, Peacock, and Hot Chocolate. The cotton trim and synthetic fabric flower were from Jen's Escape class kit. I expected the Cotton Candy to show up better on... Continue reading

Got to play with the gorgeous Queen Bee range from Pink Paislee, I love the subtlety of the colurs in this range, even though they appear as greens and yellows, they work amazingly as neutrals, just love it all! Find it here at Shop & Crop Hope you are having a lovely day :-) Continue reading

Hi All Hope your week is going well and you are getting some scrappy goodness happening. This week I have had fun playing with the brand new Joy Ride range from Cosmo Cricket. The colours are bold but kinda dusty and the papers have a decidedly retro feel, it's cute but not babyish cute iykwim. I used the 6x6 paper pad, 12" Ready Set chipboard elements, a Kaisercraft wooden Long Ticket album, and a couple of sheets of Bazzill. As well as a few ribbons and Dymo from my stash. So here are the results... I made Eddy a little... Continue reading

Good Morning Everyone :-) I have been playing with a little technique that is totally new to me and I thought I would share. It’s called paper piercing and was quite popular for cards in my Grandmother’s day. I found some beautiful and elaborate examples online when searching google images. My efforts are not quite so grand but I really like the subtlety of it and will be playing more with this technique. To start with I used a soft mouse mat, an awl or paper piercer, scissors, ready-made die-cuts, stamps and ink. You could also use any number of... Continue reading

Hello Everyone, Peg here :-) Well it's my turn to play, how exciting! School's back soon and we are probably all short on time so what better way to make scrapping quick and easy than with a sketch. I keep a note pad by my bedside (because some of my best ideas come just as I'm drifting off to sleep) in which I scribble layout ideas so this sketch has come from there. It uses 2 photos and can be very quick or much more dressy depending on your stlye and preferences. I have used the fabulous KaiserCraft Rewind range... Continue reading
