I'm interested in the prices of all that stuff. No wonder lots of top domains are so expensive. In the end it is like cooking to me, you want good ingredients and fes. The more you muck about with it the less tasty it gets.

Any change of a picture of them? I'd say it is young garlic, have a look here It is a link to Joy Larkcoms' oriental vegetables. Se mentions them under garlic on p95. But from here I gather they are young leeks.. Thanks for mentioning not using garlic btw, I always wondered how you prevent it from burning especially if you don't use glucks of oil.
