I nearly want to cry right now...I think my cave is missing or I am lost and can't find it. It's been so long since I've been silent and just listened and opened myself...now I'm not sure I can or even know how.
I need to find my cave. I feel like things in my life are out of control and as they spin by I can't grab them all..things are being missed and let go of.
