While we're all agreeing: A Saturday class at 8am would suit us perfectly as myself and Bec train at 7:30 and 8:30 respectively at present so we can look after Sophia. 6 and 7 is just too early for us and it would mean that one of us would miss out on training every second week (not something we are really happy about). An 8am session is a must if a 6am class is being added.

First Crossfit Oahu workout: Max low bar back squat (on shoulder blades): 300 lbs (136.7 kg PB) then 3 rds for time: 11 squat grip deadlift (185 lbs - 84kg) 50 doubleunders 500m run 19:55 rxd I still really suck at doubleunders (which is what took the most time), but flew the Aussie flag as best I could. Looking forward to tomorrow already; after a swim at Waikiki of course.

Nice work today CFB. Bill S I'm in the same boat as you as this was my first rxd Fran due to injury. I was hoping to do sub 9 mins but ended up doing sub 7! Thanks to Alexi for not letting me stop (when I really wanted to). Also thanks to all the coaches. I wouldn't have ever guessed that after 5 months at CFB I'd be doing 6:58 for Fran and live to tell the tale!
