Thank you so much for your kind and wise words. I am glad to know there are others that are good. Thank you :) I just want to give hope and help people that are having a hard time. To see beyond it. There is a gentleman on this forum that talks about suicide and I know he must be struggling. I don't like to hear people are feeling that way.

I have always struggled with things in life. I was molested as a child. Married at 17, pregnant and a mother at 18. Clung to a man that cheated on me over and over. I acted out and cheated on him. He had to make himself look better and tell everybody I cheated. He put me through crap. I lost my father when I was 28. But I sought counseling and stuck to my faith in God. I divorced in 1994, remarried a wonderful, understanding, wise man in 1997. He is now disabled and in a wheelchair. I quit my career (which I was starting to hate anyway...lol) and now I am full time caregiver to my husband. I get depressed. I think everybody gets depressed. I think we all long for truth and honesty. It is difficult when you look around and see all the problems in the world. Avatar is my favorite movie. I looked at the wonderful creativity of it all. It also reminded me about how in this world we push people around for greed. It reminded me about what they are doing to the natives in Brazil to build the canal for a power plant. What he brought out in this movie is just amazing. We have those things in this world, the good and the bad. (Peter, your Neytiri is out there somewhere. I believe that. I believe you will find her when you are ready and the time is right) I think about the hippies from the 70s and make peace not war. I think about the old coca cola commercial, peace and harmony. I just keep hoping I can find my purpose in life to hopefully help others, even if it is just a small part. Maybe my purpose right now, is to care for my husband. Who knows what is further down the road for me.....

I pray someone can help you and make you feel better. Unfortunately a lot of people suffer depression and hopes of a better place. We all need to "see" and help make this world a better place for all. The reason I rank Avatar as my favorite movie is because the writer can see the things going on in the world and how greed seems to be the controlling factor. This movie is so creative and has so much meaning to it. It is understandable to be depressed, but I hope you can come to terms with your Avatar Depression. God Bless.
