CORRECTION: As for Hispanics, it's a very varied group. Calling everyone from Latin America 'Hispanic' because they speak SPANISH is like calling everyone who speaks English in the US an 'Anglo'.

And the problem is not simply of IQ but physical power and aggression. Non-blacks fear blacks because blacks are more muscular and aggressive.
