Welcome to the New Year and my new food and health blog. My first recipe was inspired (necessitated) by the fact that I'm unable to gaze upon yet another traditional holiday meal. That doesn't mean we can't still look for comfort food given the weather that much of the country has experienced over the past few weeks.
