compliment letters this is when a customer rites to the business about the service or th product for example thrope park staff shouts at a cutomer and has a bad attuide the staff will get fired. i sent a comlaint letter after i got shouted at by a member of staff. staff feed back is when a custormer talks about the staff if he treated well also if hes attuiide is good. for example thorpe park if the staff gives the custormer a good service and comunicate wekk with the customer the maneger might give him/her a promtion and this makes the customers come back this is called reapit business.For that reason, most organisations regularly assess staff views by issuing questionnaires, by holding meetings with the staff association or group that represents their views and/or by inviting leavers to attend an exit interview. no. of complaints about your employees this means that foor example sainsbury has a lot of complaints becuase the rude staff has talked about you behind your back the custormes will complian to the maneger they would sack the custormer for example theres a lot of complains in co-op that there staff talking about a custormer behind ther back .
