Love that they are doing this and glad someone stepped up to do it. However, it strikes me that the Pentagon and the DOD should be doing this to counteract the insidious reports put out by the media. Since the media can pretty much shut up the government and keep the message of what is really going on from reaching the people, having the DOD sponsor something like this and putting it out there for people to see would be a way to get around the garbage we are receiving from the regular media.

PS - i find 1/4 cup of the worcestershire to about 2 cups of the tomato is about right for the base.
Barbecued Pork Chops
Dog days of summer are here and I don’t know about you, but after a long, hot day at work I don’t feel much like cooking when I get home. With this recipe for oven barbecued pork chops you won’t be standing over a hot stove for long, although you will have to have the oven on for about 45 minute...
Your recipe is very much like one of my all time favorite BBQ sauces that I got from Clementine Paddleford in one of those Sunday mags about 30 years ago. The difference is that you mix a can of tomatoes with puree or add tomato paste, then mix equal parts Worcestershire, Mustard, Molasses. Pulse in a blender. Then I dose this up as I wish - add lemon juice if on chicken, add garlic, onion, jalapeno pepper if meat, I have even added slices of apple on pork chops. Add spices like basil or oregano or red pepper flakes or thyme to change basic taste. This always works and you can keep it in a bottle in the fridge for a week or better. It is especially good if you cook ribs in a casserole with some of this and then take the lid off and pop under the broiler at the end. The meat just falls off.
